Or is the site I have in mind suitable for such a land use? This is where we assess the factors below amongst others:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is the zoning appropriate for the proposed land use<\/li>\n<li>Is the activity proposed of environmental significance<\/li>\n<li>Is there any EPA orders or contamination of the site<\/li>\n<li>Are access roads, entry and exit points sufficient<\/li>\n<li>Are there disability access issues<\/li>\n<li>Is an asbestos registry available<\/li>\n<li>Is there enough car parking<\/li>\n<li>Does the car parking provided meet the required Australian Standards<\/li>\n<li>Are there fire safety provisions<\/li>\n<li>Are there encumbrances, easements or the like over the relevant Certificates of Title.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are some of the more obvious impediments to using a site for a specific purpose. In addition to these what can be done with the site what is its developable potential?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are there height restrictions<\/li>\n<li>Setback requirements<\/li>\n<li>Site coverage limits<\/li>\n<li>Open space requirements<\/li>\n<li>Limits on hours of operation<\/li>\n<li>Car Parking necessary<\/li>\n<li>Loading and unloading specifications<\/li>\n<li>Landscaping required<\/li>\n<li>Retention of stormwater<\/li>\n<li>Signage restrictions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We can quickly assist in assessing the suitability of possible sites.
